If you’ve recently visited customer support, you know that we’re working to give you more control and faster resolutions. The first step, which launched April 7, separated our support sites by solution:   Arctera - SaaS solutions, Arctera - On-prem solutions, InfoScale and BackupExec. Starting May 11, you’ll be able to manage contacts on your account and create new cases via Live Support chatbot.
