Final error: 0xe0000f02 - The Backup Exec server could not connect to the remote computer. The remote computer may not exist on the selected subnet. Try an alternative network interface, or allow Backup Exec to choose any available network interface.
Backup Server debug log shows the following errors

This problem can occur if a specific network interface is defined in the job. If a dedicated network interface is required to be used, when the backup server and remote servers have multiple network interfaces available.
This issue is presently under investigation by our Engineering Team. Depending on the results of this investigation, it may be addressed through a patch or hotfix in current or future software releases. However, this specific issue is not currently scheduled for inclusion in any upcoming release.
