A user that is registered in "All Computers" tab on the System Recovery Manager has no rights to access registries for System Recovery on the Agent even if the user belongs to Administrators group or Domain Admins groups.

If System Recovery Console is installed on the Agent, log on as the user on the Agent. Launch the System Recovery Console. If the below popup message appears, press "Yes". The full control access right will be assigned for the user. After that, push the job from the System Recovery Manager to the Agent.

If System Recovery Console is not installed on the Agent, log on as Administrator on the Agent. Launch "Security Configuration Tool", and add the user, and check both "Full Control" and "Status only". After that, push the job from the System Recovery Manager to the Agent.
