Cause

SRD incorrectly recovers the original boot entries.  

Resolution

This issue has been resolved on System Recovery 24. Upgrade to System Recovery 24 and create a new SRD.

Workaround:

Do either A or B as workarounds.

A. Boot after resetting the boot menu. 


1. On System Utilities screen, select System Configuration > BIOS / Platform Configuration (RBSU).

2. Select System Default Options > Restore Default System Settings.

3. Select Yes, restore the default settings.

4. Reboot.


B. Use System Recovery 23.2 SRD.

1. Install System Recovery 23.2 on another machine.

2. Create a SRD media.

3. Boot from the SRD media and restore again.
