Cause

When the webpart page is restored, it is considered as a file upload. So, by default, SharePoint does not allow webpart to run any script, resulting in the above error. 
 

Resolution


This issue can be fixed by enabling custom script settings using the following link -  

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/sharepoint/allow-or-prevent-custom-script#to-allow-custom-script-on-other-sharepoint-sites
