Cause
Backup Exec server rebooted due to windows updates while Consolidation Full job was running. The incomplete CF (Consolidated Full) leads to some images being created in native catalog format whose corresponding SQLite db is not committed.
Resolution
The issue is fixed Backup Exec version 24 Hotfix 651544.
Workaround:
Re-run a full backup to come out of the consolidation job failure.
