The Job Log shows the following error :
0xe000a919 - SaaS Connector Framework error - Cannot parse value received in the API response.
V-79-57344-43289 - SaaS Connector Framework error - Cannot parse value received in the API response.
PublicFolders - All Public Folders
SaaS Connector Framework error: resource: owner account, item: , parent: .
Error code: 67113868/108. Cannot parse a response or an unexpected value received in a response.
O365Exchange*.log (BE Install Path\Logs) will show as follows :
“Error refreshing a folder” And status: 108 (This is in association with the error message that gets displayed in the job log)
Cause
EWS API - "FindFolder" requests for Public Folder mailbox hosted on Exchange Online return different folder IDs than the one sent in the Request.
Resolution
The M365 Public Folder backup failure was seen two times and fixed by Microsoft.
Issue reported 1st time - May 2023 and fixed in September 2023.
Issue reported 2nd time - March 2024 and fixed in July 2024.
