Installation of HF###### has failed. V-225-136 The patch failed to install. Return code 1625
Cause
A permissions issue on the server is preventing the install from running successfully.
Resolution
Disable User Access Control (UAC) and retry the installation
Note: remember to re-enable UAC after the installation.
