Cause


The problem can be seen if the root certificate "Microsoft Identity Verification Root Certificate Authority 2020" is not present or outdated.
 

Resolution

WorkAround:

The agent can be updated from DLO server in the following ways : 

1. Push Install - 

Open DLO Console -> Click on Tools --> Install Agents and Maintenance Services on Remote Computers --> Single Machine or Multiple Machines can be added to install/upgrade the Agent for remote clients. 

2. Upgrade User - 

Right click the user whose DLO Agent needs to be updated and then click Upgrade User. This can be done for one user or multiple users can also be selected at the same time. 

 

There are currently no plans to address this issue through a patch or hotfix in the current or previous versions of the software. However, it is scheduled to be resolved in the next major product revision. Please note that the product engineering team reserves the right to remove any fix from the targeted release if it does not pass quality assurance tests. Our plans are subject to change, and any actions you take based on this information, or your reliance on it, are at your own risk.
