Login Failed - The login credentials specified appear to be invalid.
Cause
The log on accounts might not have the required permissions to access the Backup Exec console.
Resolution
1. Check whether the Remote admin console connects successfully with the Backup Exec Service account (BESA).
2. In Backup Exec Server, open run command and type LUSRMGR.msc to open Local Users and Groups Management Console and add the required Log on account to the local administrator group and restart the Backup Exec service.
Issue/Introduction
Users are unable to log into the Backup Exec server through the Remote Admin Console (RAC). This issue is observed when attempting to log in with log on accounts other than the Backup Exec Service account (BESA). The impact is that users cannot access the Backup Exec server and perform necessary administrative tasks.
