Failed to change BEDB owner to SA user. This might cause problems if the current owner account of database is orphaned.

Cause

SQL default "sa" account has been renamed and/or disabled.

Resolution

Enable the SQL "sa" account for Backup Exec patching or upgrade process, then disable the "sa" account after the patching or upgrade process is complete.

Issue/Introduction

If the SQL database instance hosting the Backup Exec database (BEDB) "sa" user account is disabled or renamed, the hotfix or upgrade will fail to install.
