Note: If this process exception occurs, it will be in one of two locations:

1) If the backup storage target is tape, cloud, or OST Appliance, the process crash can be seen in the Exchange server Agent for Windows Server (Beremote.exe and RemSrv64.exe).
2) If the backup storage target is a disk or local deduplication folder, the process crash would occur on the Backup Exec server's Agent for Windows Servers process (beremote.exe and RemSrv64.exe).

The process crash seems to occur during the Granular Recovery Technology (GRT) catalog phase.

This issue is resolved with Backup Exec 23.0 Hotfix 463014
