An error occurred while authenticating the user.

Cause

The credentials entered for the Anomaly Detection are not being accepted.

 

Resolution

To change the status of an Anomaly Detection, enter the credentials of the SLA owner account when prompted.
  1. Open the Backup Exec console and Click on the Home tab
  2. Select 'Anomaly Detection' and Click on 'Manage Anomalies'
  3. Select the Anomaly Detection that you want to change the status for.
  4. Click on the 'Report as False Positive' button.
  5. A window will prompt you to enter credentials. Enter the credentials of the 'System Logon Account' owner account.
  6. Click 'OK' to report the Anomaly Detection as a false positive.
