Description

To resolve the issue of not being able to see / select the required data in the restore wizard, follow these steps: check the backup date, change the date range in the restore wizard, and confirm the data is now visible.

 

  1. Check the backup date of the data you want to restore.
     
  2. In the restore wizard, adjust the date range via Show backups from (Displays the beginning and ending dates for the backup sets that you want to include in the selection).

         
     
  3. Verify if the data is now visible.
