Cause

Edgeserver. ini is not present in the default locations of DLO Client install and settings path.

Resolution

Make sure Edgeserver.ini is present in all paths below and has the correct information of EdgeServer.

  • X:\Program Files\Veritas DLO\DLO\
  • X:\Program Files\Veritas DLO\DLO\DLOAgent\Certificates\
  • C:\Users\username\local\appdata\veritas\VeritasDLO\.settings

Note: X: in the above paths represents the respective drive letter of the DLO install path.
