-The type of errors encountered indicate that this hard disk drive is about to fail. It is recommended that this drive be replaced soon. To ignore this error and backup this drive, select "Ignore bad sectors during copy" from the advanced options in the Drive Backup Wizard.
(UMI:V-281-3215-8140)
Currently, when a drive that is part of a multiple drive backup is failing, System Recovery does not display which drive is failing. The end user has to check all the drives to determine which one may be failing.
To protect as much data as possible from the failing drive, the option ignore bad sectors during copy should be enabled. CHKDSK /r /f should be run on all drives to determine which drive is failing. Please refer to related articles for the use of the CHKDSK command.
