Cause

Firewall blocking the storage URL.

Example in the above case: s3.dualstack.ap-south-1.amazonaws.com

 

Resolution

Allow access to the URL (s3.dualstack.ap-south-1.amazonaws.com) in the Firewall. 

 

Issue/Introduction

Unable to configure Cloud Storage "Unable to authenticate with Open Storage Device. Ensure that the logon account required to access that device has the correct credentials"
