Job Log reports the following errors:
Backup- SCF::\\test.test{62e24f58-823c-4d73-8ff2-db0a5f20156c}\O365Family\O365OneDrive
Error in SaaS Connector Framework: Error code: 67113867/710. ^^^OneDrive for user 'User,test' is not set up or an invalid request is made. [400 or 404] Unable to retrieve user's mysite URL.
V-79-57344-43296 - Error in SaaS Connector Framework - Invalid request was made.
Cause
Microsoft Graph API Error 400/404 is reported.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in Backup Exec 23
Workaround :
De-select the one drive users (which do not have their One Drive accounts initialized) from the M365 backup job selection list and then perform the backup.
