Job is queued when targeted to Cloud Storage - SGMON (device and media debug) shows the error below.

SignatureDoesNotMatchThe request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your key and signing method.BHSDES--------------------------8SGET

Cause

Incorrect AccessKeyId or Secret Access key.
 

Resolution

Copy the AccessKeyID and SecretAccessKey without any spaces from the cloud site and paste into the username and password section of the Backup Exec Logon account section.

OR

Configure the bucket with a newly generated AccessKeyID and SecretAccessKey and then test the backup.
