Cause
The issue is with the Backup Exec licenses installed, which are found to be corrupt.
Resolution
- Remove all the Backup Exec licenses using Install options and licenses.
- Move the license files out from X:\Programdata\Veritas Shared\Licenses\22.0\
- Regenerate all Backup Exec licenses required from the portal.
- Reinstall all the new licenses files.
