Cause
This is caused by the DLO Client waiting for a response from the DLO Server that is not received.
Resolution
The issue is resolved in DLO version 9.8.
Customers on older versions of DLO are advised to upgrade to DLO 9.8 or later to resolve the issue.
Issue/Introduction
DLO Agent console hangs and is unresponsive..
The only way to clear this is to end and restart the DLOClient.exe process.
