Resolution

The popup windows provides three options to continue the upgrade process.

  • Retry
  • Ignore
  • Exit

To continue the upgrade, press Ignore button.

NOTE: 
The Retry button will not proceed the upgrade and the same popup windows will appear again after a few seconds.
The Exit button will cancel the upgrade process.
 

Issue/Introduction

The below popup window appears when trying to upgrade to Veritas System Recovery 23.1 via Veritas Update. This window should not be closed and needs to be kept opening while upgrading.
