The backup set created during the Full backup job of that VM has expired or does no longer exist or is accessible.

 

Ensure the retention time specified for the Full backup job is set correctly, that it does not expire before all the incremental jobs in that backup chain have been completed.

Start a new backup chain (Full and Incremental) by running a new Full backup of the Virtual Machines and the subsequent Incremental backups.
