Cause
EWS API sends same item again if it gets changed during the course of the backup itself and this can lead to above error. The backup job runs but can fail if it encounters this condition.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in Backup Exec 23 and Backup Exec 22.2 Hotfix 917391
