Server Application Error.
The message with Action "BackupExec.Management.Services/AnomalyDetection/QueryAnomalyDetails' cannot be processed at the receiver, due to a ContractFilter mismatch at the EndpointDispatcher.
Cause
Backup Exec 22.2 introduced Anamoly detection feature. When a Backup Exec 22.2 version remote administration console tries to connect to a lower Backup Exec version console, the anomaly API attempts to fetch non-existent Anomaly information from older versions of Backup Exec which causes a mismatch and Server application error is seen.
Resolution
Upgrade the lower version of Backup Exec to 22.2 if accessing it using the Backup Exec 22.2 version Remote Administration Console (RAC)
WORKAROUND:
Click the OK button on the Server Application Error pop-up.
The Remote Admin Console will proceed to connect to the lower version Backup Exec media server.
