Cause

When backing up a Symbolic Link on a Linux machine, in a certain configuration, the Backup Exec RALUS Agent will skip it.
 

Resolution


This issue is resolved in Backup Exec 22.2.

Note: If the RALUS crashes when backup is performed with "Back up files and directories by following symbolic links" checkbox selected, refer 100027423.
