Failed to run Desktop Agent Update. 

Only users below 9.7 are impacted with this issue and the Upgrade User option should work fine for any user with version 9.7 and above.

For agents below version 9.7, follow the below workaround

Steps for upgrading agents below 9.7 -

1. Launch the DLO Administration Console.
2. On Tools, select Install Agents and maintenance services on remote computers and click Next

      3. On clicking Next, follow the instructions from How to install the Desktop Laptop Option agent to complete the upgrade.
