Backup Exec服务器缺少Backup Exec Open Cloud Storage Daemon服务。

在Backup Exec 21.3中引入了名为“Backup Exec Open Cloud Storage Daemon”的新服务。负责将数据发送到云重复数据删除存储文件夹。

如果services.msc中没有该服务，对Backup Exce软件执行修复安装。

修复安装后，如果该服务出现了，配置重复数据删除存储，配置应该能成功。

如果修复安装无效，请升级Backup Exec 22或者更新的版本。升级后再配置重复数据删除存储。或者卸载Backup Exec 21.4，然后再安装Backup Exec 21.4，同时启用重复数据删除功能。重新安装后，再配置重复数据删除存储。
