• Google us-east5(Columbus)
• Google Europe-west8(Milan)
• Google us-south1(Dallas)
• Google: Madrid
• AWS Region (me-Central-1)
• Wasabi S3
Cloud Provider Region Update.
Workaround
1) Download BE22_0_1193_1338_CloudXMLUpdate.zip from the Veritas Download Center
2) Stop the Backup Exec Services
3) Rename CloudProvider.xml to CloudProvider.old present in Backup Exec Installation path ( Default - C:\Program Files\Veritas\Backup Exec\)
4) Rename CloudConnectorCfg.xml to CloudProvider.old present in Backup Exec Installation path ( Default - C:\Program Files\Veritas\Backup Exec\)
5) Place the files which were downloaded in Step 1 into the Backup Exec directory. ( Default - C:\Program Files\Veritas\Backup Exec\)
6) Start the Backup Exec services.
7) Configure the Cloud storage.
This issue is currently under investigation by Veritas Technologies LLC. Pending the outcome of the investigation, this issue may be resolved by way of a patch or hotfix in current or future revisions of the software. However, this particular issue is not currently scheduled for any release.
