Cause
System Recovery fails to copy recovery point files to a path that contains spaces.
As an example FTP Offsite Copy fails when using the below path as there is a space in the folder name:
ftp://SERVERNAME or IP/test folder/
Resolution
The issue has been resolve in Veritas System Recovery 23.1.
Workaround:
Please remove the spaces from the path of FTP Offsite Copy.
