Resolution

Workaround:

The Files in Use window provides three options to continue with the installation process:
RetryIgnore and Exit

To continue with the upgrade, select the Ignore button.
The warning may reappear later in the upgrade, but clicking Ignore again will allow the process to run to completion.

Note:
The Retry button will not progress the installation and will alert again after a few seconds.
The Exit button will cancel the upgrade process, leaving DLO working in the previous version.

Issue/Introduction

When using Veritas Update (DLOVXUpdate) to upgrade to Desktop and Laptop Option (DLO) 9.8.1, the below message screen is displayed, advising to close the 'Install the Update' window before continuing. The 'Install the Update' window should not be closed and is required to be left open in the background, to ensure the correct installation of DLO.

This behavior is not seen when installing the 9.8.1 update manually (not using DLOVXUpdate).
