Cause
This issue appears to be related to high numbers of file changes being submitted by DLO clients for processing by the Maintenance service.
DLO Maintenance processes files individually, but if there are a lot of client updates being received, Maintenance is unable to process as fast as the incoming data, causing a large backlog and consuming resources.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the DLO 9.8.3 release.
Issue/Introduction
DLO Maintenance service consumes a lot of system memory. This can result in memory being exhausted and in some rare occasions, causes a system to hang or crash.
This issue does not relate to the number of Users or Computers being protected by DLO.
