Cause

This issue may occur if any users or computers are stuck in delete pending state for a long time and until that operation completes the notifications will not be delivered.

 

Resolution

Make sure the user or computer deletion completes. For any pending user deletion, the actions in Article 100002784 can be followed.

Once the users are deleted from the console restart all DLO services and open the console again. If the user or computer still shows up as delete pending even after following above Article. Please contact technical support for further troubleshooting.
