Cause
This issue is seen only with System Recovery build 23.0.0.62278 which had issues activating the license files.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved in System Recovery 23.0.0.62282 build.
To resolve the issue, please perform 1 or 2.
1. Uninstall the System Recovery 23.0.0.62278 preserving the data and install System Recovery 23.0.0.62282 and then apply license file.
OR
2. Upgrade to System Recovery build to 23.0.0.62282 and then apply license file.
Issue/Introduction
On some of the machines where System Recovery 23 build 23.0.0.62278 is installed, applying valid license file in System Recovery 23 fails with error: "Cannot activate this product using license file".
