Issue/Introduction

Hyper-V backup of a particular VM fails with the error:
0xa0009731 - Timed out trying to create an application-consistent checkpoint

The backup of any other VM within the same environment works fine.

In the Hyper-V manager the snapshot process is stuck at 9%.

Snapshot creation within Hyper-V itself works fine, however the process for that particular VM might take longer then for any other VM.
