Veritas Desktop and Laptop Option (DLO) is not affected by this vulnerability. The vulnerability relates to exploiting the WinVerify Trust function in Windows OS, but that function is not used by DLO.

The CVE article above provides Registry changes to mitigate this vulnerability and, if applied due to other applications being vulnerable, it has been confirmed these Registry changes will not have an impact on DLO functionality.
