E0D3EBC0 Attempt to start service on remote machines failed
Cause
WNetAddConnection2, which is used for connecting a local device to the network resource, fails. The deployment fails due to this connection failure
Resolution
Deploy the System Recovery Agent from a computer with BIOS mode.
Issue/Introduction
When trying to deploy the System Recovery Agent to a Windows Server Core computer, from a computer with UEFI mode, the deployment fails with an error
"E0D3EBC0 Attempt to start service on remote machines failed".
If the deployment is carried out from a BIOS mode machine, the deployment to Windows Server Core computer with EFI or BIOS mode, is successful.
