在出现问题的DLO Agent 电脑上做如下操作：

1 退出 DLO Agent的程序
2 停止 "Veritas DLO Desktop Agent Change Journal Reader service" 服务
3 进入到 C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Veritas\DLO 文件夹，重命名".settings" 文件夹
4 开启 "Veritas DLO Desktop Agent Change Journal Reader service"服务
5 重新登陆 DLO Agent程序
