SMEDump.txt is not generated on Veritas System Recovery 22 or later

Error Message
The code execution cannot proceed because VXCRYPTO_7.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
Resolution
To generate SMEDump.txt, perform below operations.
1. Create C:\smedump folder.
2. Copy "C:\Program Files\Veritas\Veritas System Recovery\Shared\vxcrypto_7.dll" to "C:\Program Files\Veritas\Veritas System Recovery\Utility".
3. Launch Command Prompt, and move to "C:\Program Files\Veritas\Veritas System Recovery\Utility", run the below command.
SMEDump.ext -out C:\smedump\smedump.txt
Or run Support Gather Utility or VQA Utility.
4. If the SMEdump.txt is generated using the above command then it is located at C:\smedump folder.
If the SMEdump.txt is generated by the Support Gather Utility or VQA Utility, SMEdump.txt is included in the log files
