Cause

The used space in the backup storage excess the threshold while backing up.
 

The error message that corresponds to Win32 error code 0x8007000E has been changed since Windows 2019.
In case of Windows 2016 or earlier, the warning message for 0x8007000E is 'Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.'
In case of Windows 2019 or later, the warning message for 0x8007000E is 'Not enough memory resources are available to complete this operations.'
 

Resolution

Confirm "Monitor disk space usage for backup storage" option in [Tasks] -> [Manage Backup Destination] -> [Settings]
