Cause

Issue may occur is the System logon account is a non existent account or doesn't match the Backup Exec service account

Resolution

  1. Make sure the System logon account and Backup Exec service account are the same.

  2. Make sure correct password is entered for the System Logon Account.

Note: If the System Logon Account is incorrect or non existent you may not be able to enable or disable the Lockdown from Backup Exec settings and will throw up an error. Corrective action will need to be taken accordingly.
