Description:

The Backup Exec service 'Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Systems' cannot start because there is a pending request from the Backup Exec installation to restart the computer.  Restart the computer, and then start Backup Exec. 

Resolution

警告：Windows 注册表编辑器使用不当可能会对服务器操作系统造成灾难性的后果。 更改 Windows 注册表时务必小心。应仅由对注册表编辑器应用程序的使用具有丰富经验的人员来修改注册表。 建议在进行任何注册表更改之前对注册表和工作站进行完整备份。

  1. 打开注册表编辑器（开始->运行->regedit）
  2. 备份注册表HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Veritas
  3. 删除下列注册表项 （如下图所示）

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Veritas\PatchReboot

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Veritas\Reboot
