Error Message
Domain/User1 is already connected to the DLO Administration Server as Domain/User1. Please contact your administrator.
Cause
DLO does not support the use of the "Access work or school" option for login when the client computer is in a WORKGROUP.
Resolution
The user has to login locally to the client computer and then use Domain Credentials, when accessing the DLO Admin Server.
There are currently no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in the current or previous versions of the software at the present time. While this issue may be resolved in a future major revision of the software at a later time, it is not currently scheduled for any release.
