V-79-57344-43317 “0xe000A935 - Unable to authenticate to the Microsoft 365 tenant because the certificate was not found. Update the tenant configuration in Backup Exec using the Update Configuration wizard.”
Cause
The OAuth2.0 certificate for the Microsoft 365 tenant (Resource Container) stored on Backup Exec Server is deleted or expired.
Resolution
1. From Backup Exec UI, Right-click on Microsoft 365 tenant > click on “Update” >
“Update Configuration” > perform the remaining steps as mentioned on the subsequent screens.
2. When “Update” operation is successful user can verify details at below location.
Right click on Microsoft 365 tenant > Details> Properties
