M365 Error message: V-79-57344-43288  SaaS Connector Framework error - Operation failed as the request was throttled.

The request has been throttled from the server

1. Backup Job: No action needs to be performed. Files will be backed up in the next backup job. 

2. Restore Job: The user needs to rerun the restore job only for failed items.  

Note: 
During restore in case if there is an exception: - SaaS Connector Framework error - Folder / Item properties could not be restored. 

Solution: The folder/item has been restored but there was a failure in restoring properties. If the user wants to restore the properties, then the restore job needs to be created/rerun for the respective folder/item.
