The version of the Remote Agent on the Remote Server is newer then the version of the Backup Exec Media Server
 

Ensure that the version of the Backup Backup Exec Media Server is the same or a higher version as the Remote Agent version.

This can be achieved by either:
- Upgrading the Backup Exec Media Server to the same or higher version as the Remote Agent.
or
- Uninstall the higher version of the Remote Agent and then perform a push install of the Remote Agent from the Backup Exec Media Server which will ensure the correct version is installed.
