You have provided an invalid license file. Please browse and select a valid file to proceed with the installation
When adding a license
The DLO Administration Console, in the initial splash-screen, may display:
The Veritas Desktop and Laptop Option license is invalid
In the About - Help menu screen, the following may also be displayed
Entered License is invalid
Due to the very low number of incidents, it is believed that this is partially environmental and that something installed in the Operating System is conflicting with the older licensing engine.
Veritas recommends all customers upgrade to DLO 9.8 to resolve this issue.
Workaround:
For customers on DLO 9.7:
A supported hotfix has been made available for this issue. Please contact Veritas Technical Support to obtain this fix. This hotfix has not yet gone through any extensive Q&A testing. Consequently, if you are not adversely affected by this problem and have a satisfactory temporary workaround in place, we recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of DLO to resolve this.
