The Simplified Disaster Recovery feature now requires Microsoft Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK) 2009 to create a Simplified Disaster Recovery disk or an image(.iso) on the Windows Server 2022 operating system. The Simplified Disaster Recovery disk or an image(.iso) created with ADK 10.0 is also supported on this operating system but it does not support all the features of Windows Server 2022. The Create Disaster Recovery Disk Wizard guides you through the download and installation of the ADK.

This issue is currently under investigation by Veritas. Pending the outcome of the investigation, this issue may be resolved by way of a patch or hotfix in current or future revisions of the software.
