Error Message
Final error: 0xe0000f04 - The media server could not connect to the remote computer. The remote computer may not be running the Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows/Linux. Make sure that the correct version of the Remote Agent is installed and running on the target computer.
Resolution
1.在Backup Exec控制台左上角点击BE图标->配置和设置->Backup Exec设置
2.在设置页面，左边选择网络与安全，在右边的 Network interface，选择指定的网卡。下面勾选“允许使用任何可用的网络接口”选项。
3. 点击确定，保存并退出设置页面。
