All Veritas System Recovery (VSR) Agents that were monitored by VSR Monitor will not be imported automatically after upgrading from VSR Monitor to VSR 22 Manager.

Users can export to VSR Agents list before upgrading VSR Monitor to VSR 22 Manager.
1. Launch VSR Monitor.
2. On "All Computers" tab of VSR Monitor, click up-arrow icon, and save a file as Comma separated document (.CSV).
3. Open the file in Excel, and extract hostnames or IP addresses list for VSR Agents from Hostname column.
4. Open a new file in Notepad, and paste the hostnames or IP addresses list.
5. Add "0" with comma to each line.
For example:
192.168.100.100, 0
hostname, 0
6. Save the file as .TXT.
7. Upgrade to VSR 22 Manager.
8. Launch VSR 22 Manager.
9. Click down-arrow icon.
10. Select .TXT file of Step 6.
Note:
VSR 22 Manager Installation is not supported on 32 bit OS. However VSR 22 Manager can manage all VSR Agents on both 64 bit and 32 bit OSes.
